I Face Missing Perfume From Trendyol Order and Seller Refuses Refund

I placed an order on Trendyol from the seller “arabian” for two perfumes, Seasons Rise and Seasons Drift, which were supposed to be delivered together in the same package to my home address in Botoșani, Romania. The package arrived around April 21–22, but it only contained Seasons Drift. Instead of the full-size Seasons Rise perfume, I found only a 5 ml sample bottle in the box.

I contacted the seller “arabian” to report that Seasons Rise was missing from my order, but I was informed that they could not issue a refund. I paid for the full-size Seasons Rise perfume and did not receive it, which I find both unfair and unacceptable.

I request that the missing Seasons Rise perfume be delivered to me as soon as possible, or that an appropriate resolution be provided so that I do not suffer any financial loss for the undelivered product.
