My Burger King Order Was Incomplete With One Big King Missing
On 11.09.2025, I placed an order through Trendyol Go from Burger King with order number #10501002363 for the “2 Big King Deal.” However, my order was delivered incomplete, with only one Big King burger included. This is the second time this has happened to me, and I am left disappointed each time. When I contacted customer service, I was only offered a partial refund, but with that amount, it is not possible to reorder the same item. I request that this system, which causes harm to consumers, be corrected and that either my missing item be delivered or I receive a full refund.
