If you returned a product but Trendyol hasn’t refunded you and you want to chase the payment;

Contact Trendyol support with a clear escalation;

• State that you completed a return but haven’t received the refund yet
• Provide your order number, product name, return tracking/receipt, return date, and refund amount expected
• Include screenshots of the return status showing “returned” or “delivered back to Trendyol/warehouse”

Ask them to;

• Confirm whether the return has been received and processed in their system
• Explain why the refund has not been issued yet
• Provide the exact refund method (to card/balance) and a clear timeline
• Re-process the refund immediately if it was missed or stuck

If the refund still doesn’t arrive or support stops responding;
