Trendyol Refund Not Received For Returned Philips HD9243/90 Air Fryer
I ordered a Philips HD9243/90 air fryer with a 3000-piece capacity from Trendyol on October 2. I returned it immediately upon receipt without opening it. However, I encountered a major issue during the return process. Despite waiting around 10 days for the first return, I did not receive a refund, and the product was sent back to me. I returned it again, and this time I waited for more than two weeks, still without any refund. Finally, the product arrived today in terrible condition, looking as if it had just been taken out of a garbage container. Throughout this entire process, I contacted Trendyol’s live support several times, but the representatives only told me to wait two to ten days without providing a clear solution and often ended the chat abruptly. Each time, I received inconsistent and contradictory information, which made my frustration even worse. I never opened the product, and all transactions are under warranty. I paid ₺1,999 and still haven’t received my refund. For this inconvenience, I demand that Trendyol refund my money, issue an apology, and compensate me for the trouble caused. It is unacceptable that the product keeps deteriorating each time it is returned. Please resolve my issue immediately.
