Trendyol Return Approved but Refund Not Received

I placed an order on Trendyol for two pairs of shoes, one white and one black men’s high sneakers, for a total of ₺167. One of the pairs I received was not the model I had ordered. Because of this, the wrong pair was collected from me as a return around 3–4 July 2026. The delivery day of the order was 01/07/2026, and my invoice number is GMC2026003476050, shipment number 10635006108. For the returned pair of men’s sneakers, which cost approximately ₺90, the Trendyol Assistant screen shows that the return has been approved and that the refund is being prepared. However, despite this information and the fact that Trendyol has already received my return, I have still not received any refund in my account. I kindly request that the refund for the approved and received pair of men’s sneakers be processed immediately and that I be clearly informed about the final status of my refund.
