Please Refund My Money Trendyol
I placed an online order on Trendyol in the UAE and paid the amount of 31.51 AED by debit card. I cancelled this order on Friday, March 6, and was informed that the refund would be made within their stated waiting period of 10 days. Despite this, more than two weeks have passed since my cancellation, and the money has still not been refunded to my debit card. I find it unacceptable that the 10‑day period has been exceeded without any refund being processed or clear information being provided. I request that my payment of 31.51 AED be refunded to my debit card immediately, without any further delay, as the official refund period has already passed.
