On November 2, 2025, I placed an order from the Trendyol store for a Philips 5500 Series LatteGo Fully Automatic Espresso Machine (EP5543/80). My order was canceled the next day without any reason being stated. Although 10 days have passed, my refund has not been made, and the product charge has appeared on my credit card statement. When I reported this situation to Trendyol Assistant, they told me that they had a problem issuing the refund to my card and that they had sent me an email about it. However, I stated that I had not received such an email. Afterwards, they sent me an SMS with a link, saying that my refund would be made through this link. I followed the instructions as they said, but the link turned out to be a payment link, and I ended up paying the same amount again. As a result, I have paid ₺9,919 twice and have not received any product or service. When I spoke with customer service by phone, they said they had created a support request, but there is no such record among my support requests. Trendyol Assistant is also not helping at all and keeps giving the same responses repeatedly. I request that the order, which was canceled without explanation, be shipped and that the amount I paid for the second time be refunded to me. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved urgently.
