Samsung 65 Qled Tv Order Canceled And Relisted at Higher Price
On 11/11/2025, I purchased a Samsung 65" QLED TV for ₺37,683 during the 11/11 sale on Trendyol, with order number 10685041188. However, without any notification, I saw that the product had been canceled with the note “out of stock” when I checked my orders. Yet the same product was listed again by the same seller the next day for ₺39,900. I do not understand why a product listed as out of stock was put on sale in the first place or how it suddenly became available again at a higher price one day later. I called Trendyol customer service, but the representative only said “it’s out of stock, there’s nothing we can do,” without offering any solution or alternative. This unprofessional approach does not suit Trendyol’s corporate image. I have placed many orders before, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. Additionally, although the first installment of the three-installment payment was already charged to my credit card, no refund or notification was provided after the cancellation. I request that my grievance be resolved by providing the product at the price I originally purchased it for. Otherwise, I will stop shopping on Trendyol and advise those around me to do the same.
