Trendyol Lug Wrench Not As Described China Made - Faulty Returns Rejected Twice

I purchased a lug wrench from Trendyol on 27.02.2025 with order number 10028466830. I chose this product specifically because the listing stated that it was made in Turkey, but when I received the package, I saw that the product was actually made in China. Understanding that I would not be satisfied with it, I initiated a return without using the product at all, yet I was kept waiting for 21 days under the pretext of “inspection,” and the same product was sent back to me. I attempted to return it again, but my return was rejected twice, and each time the same product was sent back to my address. To prevent the return from being rejected and the same item from being sent again, I had to use the product once when it arrived for the third time. When I used it, the product malfunctioned; the cables stopped conducting electricity and the jack started leaking oil. In other words, I received a product that was neither Turkish-made as advertised nor technically functional. When I contacted Trendyol customer service about these issues, I was told that they could not issue a refund and that if I attempted a third return, the seller had the right not to send the product again, and in that case, I would not receive a refund. Since a defective and worn product was sent to me and my returns were rejected twice without justification, I request a full refund for this faulty item that does not match the listing and ask for the issue to be resolved without forcing me to go through any further trouble.
