Trendyol Refund Not Received For My Order

I am writing regarding my Trendyol order number 10235987383. I returned this order on March 23, and the package has already been delivered successfully to you. Despite this, I have still not received my refund. It has now been more than 20 days since the return, which clearly exceeds the stated refund period. I contacted your customer service multiple times, but I did not receive a clear or satisfactory resolution, only repetitive and vague responses. This delay is unacceptable. I request that my refund be processed immediately and paid back to my original payment method without any further delay. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this issue further through my bank and the relevant authorities.
