Trendyol Kuwait Refund Delayed for Returned Clothing Orders

I am writing to report a problem with my Trendyol clothing refunds in Kuwait. I had two separate clothing orders with multiple packages under my name (eman a***), and I returned the products, but I still have not properly received my refunds. The first order was placed on 30 August and I sent it back on 2 September. The second order was placed on 13 August and I returned it on 24 August. At the beginning I had a problem with the return label, so I finally sent the products myself directly from the Aramex office. After that, Aramex informed me that they did not receive the return, even though it has now been more than a week since I shipped it. In the Trendyol application it shows that one of the refunds for package number 10762687866, in the amount of 6.42 KWD, has been completed and will be sent to my card, but I still do not see this amount in my bank account. For the other order, which includes an LC Waikiki women’s coat with order number 782949287 and an amount of 16.63 KWD, the return is shown with Aramex cargo information, but I still do not have any clear information about the status of the refund or where the shipment is. I have contacted Trendyol customer service several times, but they always give me the same answer to “wait” without providing any real update or solution. This situation is causing me stress and uncertainty because my money is stuck and I do not know what is happening with my returns. I kindly request that my returns be urgently investigated, that all related refunds and packages under my orders be checked in detail, and that the full amounts be paid to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also request clear written information about the status of each refund, the situation of the Aramex shipment, and where the problem occurred between Trendyol, Aramex and my bank.
