Trendyol Rejected My Samsung Tablet Return And Sent It Back Broken



I purchased a Samsung tablet from a seller under Trendyol’s guarantee. Since the size was too large, I wanted to return it, but my return request was rejected. When the product was sent back to me, it arrived broken and missing its cable. The issue with the Samsung tablet dragged on for a month. I contacted customer service, but the result was disappointing. I have no idea what to do with a broken tablet now. I believe the problem occurred during the seller’s shipping process, as I reported the damage immediately upon receiving the item. I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority.
