Trendyol Refusing Return Of Xiaomi Redmi Buds 6 Pro Despite Unused Items

On November 6, 2025, I ordered two Xiaomi Redmi Buds 6 Pro Bluetooth noise-cancelling earphones (Xiaomi Türkiye guaranteed) from the Trendyol app—order number 10662298996 in purple and order number 10662784914 in white, one for my spouse and one for myself. After the products arrived, we opened the boxes and realized we did not like the colors at all. For this reason, without using the products even once, I initiated a return request on the same day. When I sent the items back, I was informed that the return was rejected due to “hygiene conditions.” I cannot accept that a return is refused on hygiene grounds when the products were never used and only the boxes were opened. I purchased these items because the sales contract stated a 15-day unconditional right of withdrawal. If there is an exception to this and it is written somewhere in tiny, hidden text, I believe this is misleading and creates unfair hardship for consumers. During my call with customer service, I was told that since I had objected to the return decision, they could create a new return code for a second return attempt. I will resend the items with this second return code on November 21, 2025, and I will share the outcome afterward. As of now, despite only the boxes being opened, the products remaining in their original packaging, and there being no hygiene issue, my return has been rejected even though I am exercising my 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. My request from Trendyol is that the returns for both orders be accepted and that the full amount I paid be refunded.
