I am writing regarding my Trendyol orders 10370733217 and 10370733219, for which I requested a refund. I returned the products on 23 April using the return label provided by your customer service team, but I still have not received my refund. Currently, the return request for these orders is no longer visible in my account on your website. The order status only shows that the parcel was shipped to the recipient, and there is no indication that a return was initiated or processed. Because of this, I cannot track my return or see any information about the refund process. I contacted Nova Poshta, who informed me that the parcel left the country on 27 April. However, they do not have any further tracking information after that date, so I am unable to see where the parcel is or whether it has reached your warehouse. I kindly request that you check the status of my return for orders 10370733217 and 10370733219 and confirm when I can expect to receive the refund to my original payment method. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of why the return request has disappeared from my account on the website and a written confirmation of the final outcome of this case.
