Gurvita Bone Broth Arrived Leaking From Trendyol - No Refund Or Replacement

I ordered Gurvita’s lamb marrow bone broth, which is a jelly-like product, through Trendyol on November 11th, and it arrived on November 15th. When I opened the package, I found that the bottles were leaking, the product had spilled, and it was completely unusable. I contacted both Trendyol and the seller, Gurvita, multiple times, clearly explaining the situation and requesting help to resolve my grievance. At first, I asked for the product to be resent, but neither Trendyol nor the seller took the issue seriously or offered any solution; their responses made it seem as though they did not care. As a result, the product had to be thrown away. I was not refunded the ₺660 I paid, nor was I given a replacement. Due to this lack of attention and the inconvenience caused, I no longer wish to deal with this process or this seller again. I request a full refund of the amount I paid as soon as possible, along with an investigation into this indifference.
