Trendyol Shoes Not Fitting Properly And Return Request Not Accepted
The products I purchased through Trendyol were delivered to me on November 8th. I informed Trendyol that I was experiencing problems with the products and wanted to return them. Customer service representatives had previously assisted me by providing a return code when I missed the return deadline, so I felt confident I could receive the same support again. When I tried on the shoes, I realized there was a serious problem with the fit; they did not fit properly and were very uncomfortable. I contacted Trendyol customer service again, but they offered no solutions for either exchanges or returns. I am requesting a return for this product and a refund of the amount I paid. I ask that the same support provided in similar situations in the past be offered for this order, and that the matter be reviewed and my grievance resolved.
