Trendyol Rejected My Return Despite Proof of Delivery

I ordered an AB electric kettle, stainless steel, 2 litres, 1500 watts, with a 2-year warranty via Trendyol on 2 December. When I received the product on 2 December, I saw that it was damaged, so I immediately created a return request the same day. The product was picked up from me by the Logistiq shipping company (Saudi Arabia) on 9 December. Despite this, on 17 December, Trendyol rejected my return, stating that they had not received any package. I then contacted the shipping company, and they clearly informed me that the item had been delivered back to the seller. They also provided me with online proof showing the return, and the tracking shows delivery on 20 December and again on 24 December. After I forwarded this proof to Trendyol, this time I was told that the seller had received the bag but that it was empty, and that they could not do anything. I find this situation extremely upsetting and unacceptable, as I followed all the steps correctly and handed over the damaged product to the shipping company. I am requesting that Trendyol urgently resolve this issue and provide either a full refund or a replacement kettle, based on the shipping company’s proof that the return reached the seller. I expect this matter to be investigated seriously and my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
