Trendyol Lovely Skirt Set Color Faded After Few Uses And Refund Denied

The skirt set made of wrinkle-effect fabric that I purchased from the Lovely store on Trendyol experienced color fading despite my carefully following all washing instructions. I wore the product only three times after purchasing it, and although I washed it just once at the lowest temperature and spin setting, the color faded and a noticeable tone difference appeared between the top piece and the skirt. Following this issue, I contacted Trendyol and the Lovely store and sent the product for inspection. After an examination period of more than three weeks, my request was rejected on the grounds that there was no manufacturing defect. Throughout this process, Trendyol reassured me with statements such as “We would never let you be victimized,” yet this morning, the Trendyol representative called me and, with a mocking attitude, told me that nothing could be done—an inconsistent and deeply hurtful response. Considering the fabric structure and the fact that the product was used so few times and washed correctly, I do not find it fair to classify this issue as user error. I experienced a loss due to the product deteriorating so quickly, and I request a refund of the product cost. I kindly ask that the inspection process and my conversation with the customer representative be reviewed once again and that a proper solution be provided for my issue.
