Samsung 65 QN70F TV Marked Delivered But Not Received

On November 12, 2025, I purchased a Samsung 65 QN70F television from the Evotechx store on Trendyol with order number 10687346487. I was not at home during delivery, so the courier called me, and I provided the delivery code. However, when I arrived home later, I found only a small envelope containing a notebook and a pen left at my door. The television was not delivered. The delivery screen shows the product as delivered, and I have a photo of the notebook as proof. I immediately contacted Trendyol customer service. At first, I was told to wait. During this period, the Evotechx store I purchased from completely disappeared from Trendyol, and none of their products were visible anymore. The Trendyol representative assured me that my payment was safe and asked me to wait. Four days later, I received a message stating that the seller had closed and that I could pursue my legal rights. I made this purchase trusting Trendyol, yet I was left without support and suffered financial loss. I paid ₺55,499 by credit card, and I currently have neither the product nor a refund. I request an immediate refund from Trendyol.
