Trendyol Order Cancelled In Transit - Delivery Failure Issue

I placed an order with Mila Giyim via Trendyol, order number 10692239423. My order was held in transit for three days and was automatically canceled today (November 19, 2025) without any notification. My package was supposed to be delivered to my address yet they claimed it could not be delivered, even though no one called me or informed me. During this process, I contacted customer service through live support, but no solution was offered and I was only told to wait. Now I have to wait 2–10 business days for a refund of the ₺2,750 I paid, and I have received no support regarding the inconvenience I experienced. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I believe the Trendyol Support team does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I request compensation for the inconvenience I faced and demand that the necessary steps be taken to prevent similar issues from happening again.
