While the longevity of shoes can vary from person to person, it's generally expected that your shoe shopping should result in long-lasting products. If you find that the Skechers shoes you've purchased have become deformed in a short period, and you're certain it's not due to any misuse, you can get in touch with Skechers using the following methods:
• For assistance and a possible in-store inspection, contact the original store of purchase or customer service.
• If the shoes are eligible, send them to Skechers for evaluation, along with your contact information, reason for return, case number, and purchase receipt.
• If a product is found to be defective, Skechers will replace it with the same style, as well as a second option if one is available. Return both shoes, even if only one is defective, and keep in mind that wear and tear affect eligibility.
• To avoid processing delays, provide complete information; Skechers does not replace previously replaced items.
• For status updates, send an email to [email protected] with your contact information. If you are denied, expect to be contacted by the team for further discussion.
