I’ve been using my Skechers D’Lites shoes daily for about a year. However, the front part developed a hole, and there is pilling on the inner fabric and slight peeling on the sole. I purchased the shoes from Skechers’ official online store for $94.
After experiencing these issues, I sent the product for a warranty inspection, but my claim was rejected. However, I’ve only used the shoes for daily wear and have taken good care of them. I didn’t expect this kind of wear and damage in such a short period.
I expect either a refund or a replacement from Skechers. I kindly request that my issue be resolved and that my grievance be addressed.
