Payoneer App Error Blocks Account Access and Customer Support

Since December 10, 2025, I have been unable to log in to my Payoneer account, either through the mobile app or via the regular website. Even though all my login credentials are correct, the app keeps showing an error on its own and completely blocks my access to the account.

There are several thousand dollars in my Payoneer balance, and not being able to access my own money has put me in a serious financial hardship. On top of that, Payoneer requires logging in to contact customer support, so I cannot even reach customer service or submit my issue directly.

I urgently request that access to my Payoneer account be restored immediately, that all necessary checks be completed without further delay, and that I be able to freely access and use the funds in my account as soon as possible.
