Skechers Kids’ Shoes Wear Out Fast - Heel, Side Tears And Rejected Claims

I bought a pair of Skechers boys’ shoes in size 36 for my son on 19.05.2025, hoping he would use them for a long time because they looked comfortable and durable. Instead, the soles wore down quickly, the sides began to tear, and the inner lining also ripped. My son only travels to school by bus and back, so there is no heavy use involved, which made the sudden wear even more surprising. I sent the shoes for inspection through the store on 21.09.2025 and received a rejection. Since I didn’t agree with this decision, the shoes were sent for a second inspection on 30.09.2025. This time, I wasn’t informed of anything for a long period, and when I called to ask, I was told, “We tried to reach you but couldn’t.” As someone who works, I can’t answer every call instantly, but at the very least, I could have been notified by SMS or another method. The second inspection also resulted in a rejection, and I absolutely do not accept this outcome. I cannot understand how the product deteriorated so quickly and why both inspections resulted in denial. I am asking Boyner to stand behind both the product and the brand and either refund my purchase or replace the shoes, invoice ID 0507******5503060008. Throughout this process, I’ve lost time and experienced unfair hardship, and I kindly request that this issue be resolved.
