Skechers Arc Fit Swift Trail Shoes Wearing Out Fast - Refund Request

I purchased my Skechers Arc Fit Swift Trail winter shoes from the Torium store in Istanbul. I wore them for a total of about four to five months, only during the spring season. The mesh has ripped, the insole has split, and the shoes have developed significant wrinkles. This level of deformation in such a short time is unacceptable, especially for a shoe that is expected to be durable. I sent photos of the shoes for review, but they responded with a statement that "there are no manufacturing defects." If they claim there are no manufacturing issues, I believe they're indirectly admitting that the materials used are of poor quality. Despite experiencing these issues so quickly with a product that's not particularly cheap, I feel like the blame is entirely on me, even though it's not user error. I believe the product is defective, so I request a refund or at least a one-to-one replacement. I request that Skechers re-evaluate and resolve this inconvenience.
Progress
I used the Arch Fit SWIFT Trail model sports shoes I bought from the Skechers Torium store for at most six months, which is a short period. Despite this, the mesh on the upper part of the shoe tore and the product became almost unusable.
I applied for an inspection of the product, but the evaluation made based on photos responded, 'We did not see any manufacturing-related issue.' We shop from this brand not from standard stores, but by paying two or three times more, believing it would be higher quality, yet after only six months of use, the company does not stand behind its product. I really wonder what I, as a user, could have possibly done to tear the mesh.
Previously, another pair of shoes I bought from Skechers also fell apart within six months; at that time, I didn’t care and threw them away. Now, after experiencing the same problem for the second time, my negative opinion about the brand has been confirmed. With the response given to my complaint, I am now sure that the brand is not at the level I expect in terms of either quality or customer satisfaction.
To remedy the grievance I have experienced, I request a refund for this product. Today, you may think you are making a profit by not compensating a customer, but dozens of people will read this complaint. From now on, I will not even pass by your stores, and you can be sure that I will clearly explain this quality and attitude problem I have experienced to everyone around me.
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention.
You have replied with the same things by email, saying 'we couldn't find a defect in production!' How can you determine this just by looking at a picture? Did you actually take it in your hands and examine your quality? For example, did you investigate why the mesh at the tip of the shoe has separated at the seam? Did you really do the tests? You can just look at two photos and say this is not our responsibility. This is truly a customer disregard policy. Stop it, you can't become a brand like this. Let it go, I'll just get it repaired and wear it as long as I can, but I will never set foot in your stores again, nor will I recommend you to my friends and family. In fact, I will make sure to inform everyone I can reach to stay away from your brand. You are selling shoes that last only six months.
