On June 28, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers D’Lux Walker Black Men’s Sneakers from the In Street online store (Order No: 32444506816) for $75. I used the shoes casually, about 16 days per month on average. However, on October 15, 2025, the lining, outer surface, and stitching began tearing and deforming. After doing some research, I discovered that many other customers have reported the same issues with this model, which clearly indicates a manufacturing defect, not user error. The fact that the product was lightly used and still got damaged in such a short time is deeply disappointing.
If I don’t receive a response within 7 business days, I will file official complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Board and CİMER (Presidency Communication Center). I also plan to share my experience on social media using the hashtag #SkechersQualityIssue. I believe Skechers and In Street care about customer satisfaction and will handle this unfortunate situation quickly and constructively.
Since the product is covered by a 2-year warranty, I request that it be reviewed under warranty and that I receive either a replacement or a refund. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
