Payoneer Withdrawal Marked Completed but Funds Never Reached My Bank

Even though a payment from Amazon was credited to my Payoneer account, I submitted a withdrawal request on December 2 to transfer the funds to my personal account at Garanti Bank. However, despite more than a week passing, no funds have been credited to my Garanti Bank account. In my Payoneer account, the transaction status appears as “completed,” yet the money has not reached my bank.

I contacted both Payoneer and Garanti Bank customer support regarding this issue. Garanti Bank states that there is no incoming or pending transfer to my account. Payoneer, on the other hand, says that there is no issue on their side and that the transaction has already been completed. As a result, I am stuck between the two institutions, and my money is currently missing.

I request that Payoneer urgently recheck this delayed payment, ensure that the funds are transferred to my personal Garanti Bank account as soon as possible, provide me with a clear and written explanation of the transaction details, and resolve the inconvenience and financial distress I am experiencing.
