Two months ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers Bounder 2.0 sandals from the Skechers Hilltown store. In a short time, the sole of the right sandal became discolored and turned black. I took the product back to the store, and it was sent in for inspection. However, the exchange request was denied, and I was not given any explanation — I was simply told that they didn’t know the reason. After paying that much money, am I supposed to wear one sandal that’s black and the other navy blue? This is completely unreasonable.
It’s unacceptable that a two-month-old product with such an obvious defect is not replaced. This kind of experience seriously damages the reputation of a global brand like Skechers. I request that my product be evaluated under warranty and replaced immediately. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved.
