On July 27, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Hillcrest Escapade Beige shoes from a Skechers store, paying $87 — Order No: #10383909464. I was using the shoes for walking. About 1.5 months after the purchase, the sole started to deform and develop holes, and this problem has continued for the past two months.
I sent the shoes in for inspection under warranty. However, the result simply stated “user error” without any further explanation, and the shoes were returned to me. I strongly believe that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, not misuse, and I’m requesting that my complaint be resolved.
I would like either a replacement pair or a refund for the defective product.
