In April 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers GO Walk shoes from the Skechers store at Ankara Forum Mall. I wore the shoes a few times a week for walking. However, in less than a year, both shoes developed tears and holes in the heel area.
I took the product to the store and sent it in for a warranty inspection. About 15 days later, I received a report stating that the damage was not due to manufacturing and was classified as user error. Even though the shoes are still under the 2-year warranty, when I spoke with the store management again, they said there was “nothing they could do.”
I paid $40 for these shoes, and I cannot accept that they’ve become deformed in such a short period without any help offered under warranty. I request that the product be replaced or refunded.
