In February 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers GO Run Consistent running shoes from a Skechers store. Around July 2025, the inner lining at the back of the shoe started to tear significantly. I sent the product for warranty inspection, but the result stated that it was a user error, and no solution was provided.
I had experienced a similar issue before with another Skechers model, though the damage wasn’t as severe. My shoes are still under warranty, and my form number is 1-503456.
I request a refund or replacement for my shoes, as I believe this is a manufacturing defect rather than user-related wear and tear.
