About 10 months ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers SKECH-Air Ventura Cataclysm shoes from the Aqua Florya Mall Skechers store. Around 20 days ago, I noticed that cracks had formed on the soles of both shoes. While the upper parts are still in perfect condition, these splits in the soles made me visit the store to report the issue. However, I was told that the problem was due to user error, and no solution was offered.
I’m not completely sure about the product’s warranty status, but I paid approximately $122 (₺4,500 ≈ $122) for these shoes, and it’s very disappointing to face such an issue in such a short time. I’ve never had a similar problem with the Skechers brand before.
I’m requesting that my shoes be repaired or replaced, and I expect the store to provide a positive, customer-oriented resolution to this issue.
