About 1-2 years ago I purchased the Skechers Arch Fit ALL-Terrain model with water-repellent features from the Skechers store at Carrefour Maltepe in Istanbul. I paid approximately $119 USD by credit card at the time.
After wearing the shoes only a few times, I began experiencing a serious impact problem at my big toe. This led to inflammation and an open wound on my foot. About six months later the left side of the shoe began separating, and by the end of the first year there was tearing in the back.
I was abroad for a period and could not return the product or go to the store. I am now in Turkey and expect an urgent solution from the brand. I chose this model because it was marketed as top of line and I expected no problems—but I encountered both serious health issues and significant quality defects. I no longer have the invoice, though I have my payment information. I am requesting either a product exchange or a refund.
