In July 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Htrlmyrum shoes for approximately $81 (₺2,999 ≈ $81) at a discount from the Skechers store in Istanbul Venezia Mall. After only 3.5 months of light, careful daily use, the front part of the shoes started to come apart. As soon as I noticed the problem, I took the shoes back to the store, and they were sent for inspection.
On October 25, 2025, I received a response stating:
“Following the inspection under request number 1-523642, no manufacturing defect was found in your product. We regret to inform you that your claim has been denied.”
I do not accept this result, as such a deformation after such a short and careful period of use clearly raises concerns about the product’s quality.
After receiving the negative response, I also contacted customer service, but I was given the same answer. I still trust in Skechers’ commitment to customer satisfaction and request that my issue be resolved. I am requesting a replacement for the defective product.
In July 2025, I bought a pair of Skechers shoes for approximately 2,999 TL from the Skechers store at Venezia Mall. In just a short period of 3-3.5 months, thinning and separation occurred at the front toe area of the shoes. I used the shoes very little and did not wear them in the mountains, on hills, or under harsh conditions. Experiencing such deformation in such a short time made me think there is a serious quality issue.
I sent the shoes for inspection through the store. However, I received a 'user error' response both from the store and Skechers customer service. I have previously submitted a complaint via Şikayetvar as well, but no solution was offered.
I believe the product is under warranty and I want my grievance to be resolved and my request for an exchange to be fulfilled. I expect a solution in a short time.
