In July 2025, I bought a pair of Skechers shoes for approximately 2,999 TL from the Skechers store at Venezia Mall. In just a short period of 3-3.5 months, thinning and separation occurred at the front toe area of the shoes. I used the shoes very little and did not wear them in the mountains, on hills, or under harsh conditions. Experiencing such deformation in such a short time made me think there is a serious quality issue.
I sent the shoes for inspection through the store. However, I received a 'user error' response both from the store and Skechers customer service. I have previously submitted a complaint via Şikayetvar as well, but no solution was offered.
I believe the product is under warranty and I want my grievance to be resolved and my request for an exchange to be fulfilled. I expect a solution in a short time.
