Payoneer Security Page Not Working, Account Access Blocked

For the past two days, the security page on my Payoneer account has not been working properly, both on the mobile app and on the web version. When I answer the security questions correctly and click the confirm button, the page keeps loading for hours and never progresses or completes the process.
Because I cannot get past the security page, I am currently unable to actively use my Payoneer account. Not being able to perform transactions is negatively affecting my work, and I am experiencing serious inconvenience.
In addition, when I try to contact customer support through the app, the system shows “connecting,” but after a short time, the app closes itself and I am disconnected. As a result, I cannot pass the security step nor properly reach a Payoneer representative to report this issue.
The email address registered to my Payoneer account is k*******@gmail.com**. I request that this security page issue be urgently investigated, that I be allowed to pass the security step and use my account without problems, and that I be informed about the issue and its resolution if possible.
