About a year and a half ago, I purchased the Skechers Arch Fit 894262TK Block model shoes from the Skechers store at Forum Marlin Ankara. Around three months ago, I noticed tearing and separation on the outer side of the left shoe, as well as rips in the inner heel area of both shoes. I sent the product in for warranty service, but my claim was rejected with the explanation that it was due to “user error.”
Since this issue appeared while the product is still under warranty, I believe it may be a manufacturing defect. My invoice number is 1-r-7-725315, dated May 13, 2024. I request that my product be replaced or that a refund be issued.
I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
