I placed my order on February 17, and a week later, on February 20, I received an email from IMILE stating that I needed to pay customs fees. However, when I try to make the payment, the system says that the last four digits of my phone number are invalid, which prevents me from completing the payment. Is there any way this issue can be resolved?

I ordered on the 17th of February and a week later on the 20th of February, I got an email from IMILE stating that I have to pay customs. When I try to pay, it says the last four digits of my phone number are invalid so it does not allow me to pay. Is there any way this can be sorted out?
