SHEIN Order Delivered to Wrong Address and Never Received




On Saturday, 20 June 2026 at 19:10, my InPost parcel containing several SHEIN items (including a reversible faux cashmere scarf, bags, bamboo sticks, an electric fabric defuzzer and shoelaces) was marked as delivered to my address in Southeast London, SE5 7**. However, the package was not delivered to my flat. The proof of delivery photo clearly shows that the parcel was left at a different location, even though my address in the app is correct. I contacted InPost about this misdelivery, but I was told that I should contact SHEIN so that they can write to InPost for a refund. The total value of my order is £40.42, and I have not received any of the items because they were delivered to the wrong address. I request a full refund of £40.42 for this order, as the parcel was not delivered to my flat despite the correct address being provided in the app.
