Shein Order Marked Delivered by Speedx but Package Never Arrived
I placed a Shein order that was shipped with Speedx, and the tracking showed that the package was delivered to my address on May 14th. However, when I went to pick it up, there was no package at my door or anywhere around my property, so I never actually received the delivery. I contacted customer service and was told that the situation was being looked into, but so far I have not received a clear explanation of what happened to my package or any resolution. The tracking continues to show “delivered,” even though I did not receive the order. I request that my Shein order shipped via Speedx be reshipped to me as soon as possible, or that a clear solution be provided so I don’t suffer a loss for a product I never received.
