Shein Order Returned by Aras Kargo Without Delivery Attempt
On January 20, 2026, I purchased a product from Shein and paid for it with my debit card. The package, with tracking number 6337399090374, arrived at the Aras Kargo Kızılırmak branch in Sivas. However, I never received any SMS notification stating that the shipment was out for delivery, nor did I receive any phone call.
Instead, the package was held at the branch for four days and then returned to the sender without my knowledge or consent.
When I tried to understand what happened, I first called the branch multiple times. When I asked why the package had been returned without notifying me, they responded by saying “we returned it because you didn’t come to pick it up.” I explained that I had not received any delivery notification or phone call, and therefore had no way of knowing that the package was waiting at the branch. Instead of giving a reasonable explanation, they simply told me to contact Shein, speaking in a way that felt dismissive and unhelpful.
Afterward, I visited the branch in person to speak face-to-face, but the staff showed a very indifferent and careless attitude, simply repeating “you didn’t come to pick it up, so we returned it—there’s nothing we can do.” This experience was extremely disappointing in terms of both customer service and respect.
By returning my package without any notification, Aras Kargo prevented me from receiving my order and caused me financial loss, since I had already paid for the product.
I believe I have been clearly wronged in this situation. I request either that my product be obtained again and delivered to me, or that the full amount I paid for the item be refunded.
Otherwise, I would like to clearly state that I will exercise my legal rights and escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities.
