Free Fire Permanent Ban Appeal and Account Recovery

I have been playing the Free Fire mobile game since 2024, and on 2 November 2026 my account was suddenly banned. When I try to log in, I see a warning screen stating that abnormal activities were detected on my account and that it has been suspended with a permanent ban. I do not use cheats, hacks, third‑party software or any unfair methods, and I always play the game in a normal way. I have not received any prior warning or detailed explanation about what is supposedly wrong with my account, so this situation feels unjust and leaves me completely in the dark. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that I be given clear information about the exact reason for the ban, and that my account be reactivated if there is no solid evidence of a violation. If a mistake has been made by the system, I expect my account to be restored and my access to the game to be returned.
