SHEIN Orders Delivered to Incorrect Address Due to System Error
I placed around 10 orders with SHEIN with a total value of over 400 dollars, and due to an address error on their side my items have never reached me. About four weeks ago, I started noticing that the address on my packages was not my real address, but a fake combination of my old and new addresses. Because of this, the parcels were delivered to this incorrect, non‑existent address and I did not receive any of the items. I have tried multiple times to resolve this through SHEIN’s customer service, but the only option they give me is to mark the orders as “undelivered” and no real solution or follow‑up is provided after that. I am left without my items and without clear support, even though the issue appears to be related to how the address was handled in their system. I request that SHEIN resolve this matter by either refunding the full amount of these lost orders, which is over 400 dollars, or resending all the items to my correct, current address. I would like this situation to be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible so that I am not left out of pocket for orders I never received due to an address error.
