SHEIN Order Shows Shipped but Never Arrived

I placed a Shein order with the number GSU1YA04T000DMV, totaling $14.27, to be delivered to 11** Constantine St, Orlando. According to the tracking screen the order shows as “Shipped”, but I have never received the items. Despite the shipment status appearing as sent, nothing has been delivered to my address and I have been left without either the products or my money. This situation is unacceptable, as I fulfilled my payment but did not receive what I paid for. I request that Shein immediately process a full refund of $14.27 for this order, as the items were never delivered to me. I expect this issue to be investigated and my refund to be completed without any further delay.
