My product that I purchased from an overseas website called Stein was not delivered to me through Aras Kargo Mardin Dara Branch.
Even though my shipment, which was sent on December 12, 2025 with tracking number 5764*******27, showed a status message saying “out for delivery,” no delivery was made that day. I was not called, and no one came to my address. I was also not informed that I needed to pick up the package from the branch.
Without my knowledge or consent, the shipment was returned to the sender. When I realized the situation and contacted Aras Kargo around December 20, I was told that my phone number might have been incorrect and that this was why they could not reach me. However, I pointed out that I had received a message stating that the package was out for delivery, and I asked how that message could have been sent if my phone number was wrong. Their only response was, “We don’t know, it must have been a mistake,” and they offered no solution.
They simply stated that the product had already been returned and closed the matter. Even though this overseas product never reached me, customs tax will still be charged to me, which puts me in a seriously unfair situation.
Because of the mistake and negligence of Aras Kargo Mardin Dara Branch, I was unable to receive my product. I am requesting that my grievance be resolved, that either my product or its value be delivered to me, and that I be given a clear explanation regarding the status of the customs tax I paid.
Additionally, I request that the responsible parties at the relevant branch be investigated to ensure that such errors do not happen again.
