SHEIN Order Went To The Wrong Address

I placed an order from Shein on 07/26/26 consisting of two dresses, a shirt and a duster. The order was supposed to be delivered to my correct address at 44** Hedley Way, Apt 20*, Charlotte, NC 28210. However, according to the shipping information after delivery, the package was sent instead to 32** Park Road, Apt **, Charlotte, NC 28209, which is not my address. Because of this mistake, I have not received my items even though the order shows as delivered. I tried to reach Shein customer service, but the phone number I found does not work and I have not been able to find any effective way to contact support through the website. I request that my order be reshipped to my correct address at 44** Hedley Way, Apt 20*, Charlotte, NC 28210 as soon as possible, or that an appropriate solution be provided so I can receive the products I paid for.
