SHEIN Customer Service Refused Refund for Undelivered Order

I placed a clothing order with SHEIN on January 31, 2026, under order number GSH15820700NQ63. However, the order was never delivered to me.

When I contacted SHEIN customer service, I was informed that my order had been hijacked. Despite this information, SHEIN did not offer any solution, such as a refund or a replacement, and I have been left without the items that I paid for.

Since I never received my order due to circumstances completely outside my control, I find it unacceptable that no action has been taken to resolve this issue.

I kindly request a full refund for order number GSH15820700NQ63 as soon as possible, since the goods I paid for were never delivered to me.
