SHEIN Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

I placed an order from Shein to be delivered to my home address in Toronto, Canada. The order with reference number GSH1RJ36R00NV0Q was shipped with Uniuni, and according to the tracking and confirmation I received, it was marked as delivered on 2026‑09‑03. However, I never received this package at my address. There was no knock at the door, no parcel left in a safe place, and no delivery notice. No one in my household accepted a delivery on that date. Despite this, Uniuni claims that the parcel was delivered, and the tracking has been closed as completed. I am requesting a full refund for this order, as the goods never arrived in my possession. I kindly ask this issue to be investigated and my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
