Shein Customer Service Fails to Resolve Missing Parcel Complaint

I placed an order on Shein, which was shipped via Relay, with order number GSO15951C004E52, to my address in Nottingham, UK. According to the tracking information, the parcel was marked as delivered on 09/02/2026, but I did not receive the package. The tracking shows that the parcel was left outside, yet I have never seen or received it. Since then, almost a month has passed, and the parcel has still not been found. I paid a total of £81.33 for this order. I contacted customer service and was told that they would get back to me within 3 days, but more than 5 days have now passed, and I have received no update, explanation, or solution. As I never received my order and no proper follow‑up has been provided, I no longer want the clothes. I request a full refund of £81.33 for this missing order and a clear confirmation that this case has been resolved.
