SHEIN Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

I placed two separate orders from Shein. One order, with the order number GSU1RM35M00NGH1, was delivered without any problem on 08/07/2026. However, my other order with the order number GSU1M3500NGHN, which contains 2 shirts, 1 pair of pants and 2 sweatpants, was marked as delivered by Shein on 08/10/2026, but I did not receive this package. Despite the system showing the status as delivered, the parcel never reached me and nothing was left at my door or with my neighbors. I am being shown as if I received the order even though I did not get the products I paid for. I request that the full amount I paid for the order with number GSU1M3500NGHN be refunded as soon as possible, since the items have not been delivered to me despite being marked as delivered in your system.
