I placed an order on SHEIN on April 3, 2026 (order number GSO1X636400N05S), which included three items, one of them being a got2b hairspray, and I selected home delivery. On April 8, I received an email stating that the hairspray had been delivered. However, when I immediately checked outside my door and around the entire building, there was nothing there.
The delivery email did not include any photos showing where the package was left, the tracking number was incomplete, and there was no information or proof about the courier who supposedly delivered the item. I contacted SHEIN right away through their messaging system, but I could not find any courier details to follow up, and I have still not been able to locate the missing product.
Today, I received the remaining two items from the same order, but the got2b hairspray is still missing. I request that SHEIN urgently investigate this delivery issue and either resend the got2b hairspray or provide a full refund for the missing item. I also expect clear delivery confirmation and courier details for full transparency.
